测绘队伍的思想政治工作在各级党委的领导下，几年来取得了很大成绩，职工群众的政治思想觉悟有了很大提高，生产的积极性得到了发挥，保证了测绘生产任务的完成。但是，在思想政治工作中，仍然存在着许多问题，并且有的是严重的。加强测绘队伍的思想政治工作，是我们当务之急。这就要求我们在思想上统一认识，在方法上力求改进。如何加强测绘队伍的思想政治工作，范围很广，本文只谈当前急需解决的几个问题。
Under the leadership of party committees at all levels, the ideological and political work of the surveying and mapping team has made great achievements over the past few years. The political and ideological consciousness of the staff and workers has been greatly improved and the enthusiasm for production has been put into full play to ensure the completion of the tasks of surveying and mapping. However, there are still many problems in ideological and political work, and some of them are serious. To strengthen the ideological and political work of surveying and mapping teams is our top priority. This requires us to unite our thinking and strive for improvement in our methods. How to strengthen the ideological and political work of surveying and mapping teams is very wide. This article only talks about a few problems which are urgently needed to be solved.
