简介了建网前江西省防汛抗旱工作的自动化情况，说明了组建全省防汛计算机网的必要性，规划了该工程的建设步骤、分期目标，确立了网络设计原则。采用了Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ技术，并介绍了自主开发的水雨情检索与网络卫星云图处理。也介绍了该项目在实施过程中遇到的主要问题及解决办法。
This paper introduces the automation of flood control and drought relief work in Jiangxi Province before the establishment of the network, explains the necessity of establishing the flood control computer network in the whole province, and plans the construction steps and stages of the project and establishes the network design principles. Using Intranet technology, and introduced the self-developed water and rain search and network satellite image processing. The main problems and solutions encountered during the implementation of this project are also introduced.
