研究黄酒多糖对S180荷瘤小鼠肿瘤抑制及免疫增强作用。随机分成正常空白组(Control)、阴性对照组(生理盐水组,NC)、阳性对照组(环磷酰胺组,CY)、高、中、低剂量组(HCRWP、MCRWP、LCRWP),每组10只。接种小鼠S180肿瘤腹水24h后,每天灌胃0.01m L/g,连续灌胃10d,其中Control和NC分别以等量生理盐水代替。空腹称重并脱臼处死小鼠,测定免疫器官指数和抑瘤率,并采用免疫组化法检测S180瘤组织中Ki-67和Cyclin D1的含量。结果黄酒多糖可以明显增加S180荷瘤小鼠脾指数和胸腺指数,抑瘤率随黄酒多糖剂量的增加而增加;并且能阻碍Ki-67和Cyclin D1表达,抑制肿瘤细胞生长。由此说明,在实验范围内,各剂量黄酒多糖均能改善荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,抑制肿瘤增殖。
To study the effect of rice wine polysaccharide on tumor suppression and immune enhancement in S180 tumor-bearing mice. The rats in each group were randomly divided into normal control group, negative control group (normal saline group, NC group), positive control group (cyclophosphamide group, CY group), high, medium and low dose groups (HCRWP, MCRWP and LCRWP) only. Mice were inoculated intraperitoneally with 0.01m L / g of S180 tumor for 24 hours after inoculation of mice S180 tumor. The mice were inoculated intragastrically for 10 days. Control and NC were replaced by normal saline respectively. The mice were sacrificed on fasting and dislocation, the index of immune organs and tumor inhibition rate were determined. The contents of Ki-67 and Cyclin D1 in S180 tumor tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Rice wine polysaccharide can significantly increase S180 tumor-bearing mice spleen index and thymus index, tumor inhibition rate increased with the dose of rice wine polysaccharide increased, and can hinder the expression of Ki-67 and Cyclin D1, inhibit tumor cell growth. Thus, within the experimental range, each dose of rice wine polysaccharide can improve the immune function of tumor-bearing mice and inhibit tumor proliferation.
