建筑施工企业在我国的国民经济发展中发挥着重要的作用,然而,随着市场经济的进一步发展,建筑施工企业的规模不断扩大,获利空间缩小,所面临的竞争也逐步增多。在这样的背景下,建筑施工行业逐步步入微利发展的时代,为了实现建筑施工企业的进一步发展,必须抛弃过去的扩大规模,加大机械化力度的发展方式,从企业内部着手,加强其内部成本管理,通过内部环境的优化与管理方式的更新实现获利。本文就加强我国建筑施工企业成本管理的必要性进行分析,并阐述了我国建筑施工企业成本管理的现状,最后对如何加强成本管理提出了建议与措施。
