本文选择不同年龄,病种的V_1ptf异常病例121例,以M型超声心动图测定左心房大小,进行临床分析对比。其中风心病45例;冠心病26例;高血压性心脏病18例;肺心例32例。另选择健康人50例作为对照组。各病种均按年龄分为三组:40岁以下组;41—60岁组;60岁以上组。以V_1ptf绝对值大小再分为四组:(1)在-0.02mm.s以下者;(2)-0.02至-0.03mm.s
In this paper, 121 cases of V_1ptf abnormalities of different ages and diseases were selected. The size of left atrium was measured by M-mode echocardiography, and the clinical analysis was compared. Among them, 45 cases were rheumatic heart disease, 26 cases were coronary heart disease, 18 cases were hypertensive heart disease and 32 cases were pulmonary heart disease. Another 50 healthy people as a control group. Each disease is divided into three groups by age: 40 years of age group; 41-60 years old group; 60 years of age group.
