外汇贷款是公路建设重要的资金来源之一,它为缓解公路建设资金紧张的矛盾起到重要作用。但外汇贷款也为使用外汇贷款的公路建设项目带来巨大的利率风险与汇率风险,如不加以有效管理将来必然会影响用汇项目的经济效益。本文针对公路建设外汇贷款风险管理工作中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议,为进一步加强公路建设外汇贷款风险管理提供参考。
Foreign exchange loans are one of the important sources of funds for highway construction. It plays an important role in alleviating the tension between the funds for highway construction. However, foreign exchange loans also bring huge interest rate risk and exchange rate risk for highway construction projects that use foreign exchange loans. If not effectively managed, they will inevitably affect the economic benefits of the project. In this paper, we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems in the risk management of foreign exchange loan in highway construction, and provide reference for further strengthening the risk management of foreign exchange loan in highway construction.
