本文选取了国际大都市、亚太区域大城市和国内大城市等三个层面城市 ,从城市综合经济实力、综合服务功能、综合发展环境、综合创新环境、综合管理水平和市民综合素质等六个方面 ,与上海市进行综合比较 ,得出上海城市综合竞争力的九大薄弱环节 ,并提出了提升上海城市综合竞争力的对策与措施。
This paper chooses the cities of three levels: international metropolis, big cities in Asia Pacific region and big cities in China. From the six aspects of comprehensive economic strength, comprehensive service function, comprehensive development environment, comprehensive innovation environment, comprehensive management level and citizen’s overall quality, , Make a comprehensive comparison with Shanghai and come up with nine weak links in the comprehensive competitiveness of Shanghai’s cities and put forward countermeasures and measures to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Shanghai’s cities.
