(1)普鲁米特系我国新生产的杀鼠药,对于国内鼠种表现强大的毒杀效力,本文报告该硫脲取代物对于黑鼠及姬鼠的半数致死量,并观察对于褐鼠、小家鼠及臭鼩鼱的毒性。(2)在连续投予低于致死量的普鲁米特后,可使黑鼠产生耐受现象。与此同时,亦能对安妥表现交叉耐受的特性。(3)普鲁米特可使离体鼠心的心率加速,收缩减弱,能持久舒张冠服和外周的血管,亦可抑制支气管,肠管及子宫平滑肌,解除毒扁豆硷对后二者所诱致的攣缩。(4)实验鼠中毒后解剖,发现有严重的胸膜渗液及肺水肿,有时伴有腹水。在延期死亡的动物,可见呼吸先心跳停止。这些都是硫脲衍生物所引起的典型中毒症袱,与安妥的结果符合。(5)0.25％普鲁米特毒饵可有效地杀死黑鼠,黑鼠对各种浓度毒饵(0.10- 4.00％)的消耗并无明显差别,奶油巧克力亦不能显著增加其对毒饵的摄食量。(6)放置室内的普鲁米特毒饵,可经七月以上而并不失效,若在野外时,因受日光及雨雪等影响,则分解较速。故在现场应用中,必须掌握投药的季节、气象及地理环境等条件。(7)普鲁米特对各种动物均具甚大毒性,其杀鼠效果虽佳,但对鸡、鸭、犬及猫等家禽和家畜亦常因误食而中毒死亡。故必须严格控制地使用。以保证安全。本实验室已证实硫脲可有效地对抗普鲁米特的毒性,进一步的解毒研究正在进行中。

Although its killing effect is good, poultry and livestock such as chickens, ducks, dogs and cats are often poisoned due to eating. It must be strictly controlled to use. To ensure safety. Our laboratory has confirmed that thiourea can effectively counteract the toxicity of prutum, and further detoxification studies are underway.
