伴随着近几年我国经济的快速发展,我国集团公司的发展规模日益壮大。现代化的集团公司是以实现集团经济规模、利润回报、资产增值为最终目标的法人,鉴于集团公司的组织构成较复杂,因此要求集团公司务必要制定有效的绩效考核及业绩评价体系来对集团员工进行测评及激励,使其努力达到预期的目标。本文以电力集团作为主要的分析对象,深入研究其绩效考核及业绩评价模式。结合电力集团独特的运营状况及集团经营环境的不同,阐述了基于电力集团文化基础而建立起来的绩效考核及业绩评价模式的具体应用情况。
With the rapid development of China’s economy in recent years, the development scale of China’s group companies has grown. The modern group company is a legal person that achieves the ultimate goal of the group’s economic scale, profit return, and asset appreciation. Given the complex organizational structure of the group company, the group company is required to formulate an effective performance evaluation and performance evaluation system for the employees of the group. Conduct assessments and incentives to make it work hard to achieve the desired goals. This paper takes the power group as the main analysis object, and deeply studies its performance evaluation and performance evaluation model. Based on the unique operating conditions of the power group and the differences in the group’s operating environment, the specific applications of the performance evaluation and performance evaluation model established based on the cultural foundation of the power group are described.
