患者女,37岁。以“右上腹隐痛10天,右肾实质性包块,性质待定”入院。体检无明显阳性体征。超声:示右肾上极实性低回声光团,大小约7.3 cm×10.3 cm,边界尚清,边缘不光整。彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI):周边见血流信号。右肾静脉直径0.93 cm,血流速度峰值(PSV)26cm/s,血流信号充盈好。CT:示右肾上极一较大不规则软组织占位影突向肾周脂肪囊,肿块大小约7.0 cm×7.2 cm×9.5 cm,边缘分叶,平扫CT值约35～47 HU,增强扫描明显不均匀强化并见肿瘤染色,CT值约53～120 HU,静脉期强化程度迅速
