采用AC-20C型混合料,在试验室内进行抗车辙温拌沥青混合料集料及沥青温度的试验,研究表明,该混合料集料温度在160~170℃,沥青温度在145~160℃时,既可以使抗车辙剂PR PLAST.S软化,又可以达到温拌节能低温施工的效果。进一步通过温拌及热拌混合料性能对比发现,抗车辙温拌沥青混合料的性能与热拌基本相当,而温拌冻融劈裂试验作为抗车辙温拌沥青混合料水稳定性的主控指标,相对浸水马歇尔试验较为合理。
The AC-20C mixture was used to test the anti-rut temperature mixed asphalt aggregate and asphalt temperature in the laboratory.
