利用有限元软件分析限位类型对带限位隔振系统冲击特性的影响,对带限位隔振系统进行简化,将隔离器、矩形橡胶片、设备分别模拟为弹簧、矩形橡胶片和质量块;通过改变限位类型,对上侧无限位、下侧无限位、双限位的隔振系统分别建立有限元模型;同时对隔振系统施加冲击载荷,并分析设备的加速度响应和隔离器的相对位移响应。研究结果表明:一定条件下,下侧无限位较上侧无限位和双限位的限位模式的隔振效果更好,进一步证明了上下限位间隙不对称以及上下限位器刚度不一致的研究具有一定的意义,有助于隔离限位系统的优化设计。
