孙士俊同志是河北丰南县人,现年二十五岁,出身农民。一九五○年十月参加国营芦台农场工作。现任该场第三工作站第二生产队第二农工组组长。工作一贯积极努力,参加工作后曾三次被评为劳动模范。孙士俊生产小组有农工十一人,都是从其他各单位调来的,其中有的是马车工人,也有勤杂人员。他这一小组负责管理的350亩稻田和360亩休闲绿肥地,大都碱性很重,而地又不平。孙士俊同志调到小组工作不久,就被派到河北省总工会学习。在他学习期间,由于小组缺乏强有力的领导,农工之间曾闹不团
Comrade Sun Shijun is a native of Fengnan County in Hebei Province. He is a 25-year-old peasant. He joined the state-run Lutai Farm in October 1950.
