华国锋主席在五届人大第一次会议上的政治报告中曾经指出:毛主席的旗帜,引导我们从黑暗走向光明,绕过无数暗礁,战胜了重重困难,取得一个又一个的伟大胜利.在我们今后的征途上,毛主席的旗帜必将引导我们继续战胜国内外一切阶级敌人,战胜任何艰难险阻,创造出人间奇迹,对人类作出更大贡献.华主席的话,表达了我国各族人民的共同认识和心愿.毛主席的旗帜,是马列主义的旗帜,是引导我们从一个胜利走向另一个胜利的旗帜,不仅我们这一代人要高举,我们的子子孙孙世世代代要永远高举.
