目的：对于不能手术的Ⅲｂ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌，目前仍缺乏有效的治疗方法。本研究意在探讨ＮＰ 方案对Ⅲｂ～Ⅳ期ＮＳＣＬＣ的疗效。方法：本研究应用诺维本（２５ｍｇ／ｍ２ ，ｄｌ、ｄ８）加顺铂（４０ｍｇ ｄｌ～３）治疗Ⅲｂ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌２９ 例。结果：取得ＣＲ１ 例、ＰＲ例１１ 例，总有效率４１３７％ ，初治者有效率４７６２％ ，复治者有效率２５ ％ ，主要毒性反应为白细胞减少，发生率为９６５５ ％ ，其中Ⅲ、Ⅳ度骨髓抑制占６８９６％ ，常规应用止吐治疗后，消化道反应轻微，仅４ 例（１３７９ ％ ）发生周围神经毒性。结论：研究表明本方案疗效明确，耐受性好
Objective: There is still no effective treatment for non-surgical stage IIIb-IV non-small cell lung cancer. This study was designed to investigate the efficacy of NP regimen for stage IIIb-IV NSCLC. Methods: In this study, 29 patients with stage IIIb-IV non-small-cell lung cancer were treated with Navelbine (25mg/m2, dl, d8) plus cisplatin (40mg dl-3). Results: CR1 cases and PR cases were obtained in 11 cases, the total effective rate was 41.7%, the initial treatment rate was 47.62%, the relapse rate was 25%, and the main toxicity was leukopenia. The incidence was 96.55. %, of which myelosuppression accounted for 68% and 96% of patients with grades III and IV. After routine antiemetic treatment, the digestive tract reaction was mild and only 4 patients (13.9%) had peripheral neurotoxicity. Conclusion: Studies have shown that this program is effective and well tolerated
