1.病例介绍 患者男,43岁。半月前下腹部憋胀,排便次数增多,近日自觉症状加重而入我院。查体:下腹部可触及一巨大肿物,质韧表面光滑,活动度差,腹部叩诊呈鼓音,肠鸣音亢进。超声检查腹腔可探及巨大肿物范围以上至剑突下,下至耻骨联合上,左右至腋后线,内布满大量大小不等无回声区呈蜂窝状改变,壁薄(附图)超
1. Case Introduction The patient is 43 years old. Half an abdomen bulged half an hour ago, and the frequency of defecation increased. Recently, the symptoms became worse and they entered our hospital. Physical examination: A large mass can be touched in the lower abdomen, with a smooth surface and a tough surface. The motion is poor. The abdomen is diagnosed with drum sounds and the bowel sounds are hyperthyroidism. Ultrasound examination of the abdominal cavity can be explored and beyond the scope of large tumors to the xiphoid, down to the pubic symphysis, and to the posterior tibial line, full of a large number of unequal areas within the echo-like changes in honeycomb, thin wall (with photos)
