新课程改革以来,集体备课作为一种行之有效的备课方式已被广大中小学教师所接受。集体备课在将教师个体的研究力量加以整合的同时拓展了教师的研究行为,促进了知识的创新,在促进教师合作、共享优秀资源、发挥集体智慧、了解学生心理、关注学生发展、弥补教学不足、跟上时代脉搏等方面起到了积极作用。基于此,我校对集体备课做了以下的尝试,取得了一点成效。具体如下:一、备课双主体“教是因为需要教。”这是一位著名特级教师说过的一句话。
