我处在××大桥使用液压提升收坡式滑动钢模板,进行五个空心桥墩的拖工,历时五个月,平均提升速度每24小时为2.2米(高墩有横隔板)至6.1米(低墩),最高达8米/24小时。混凝土质量内实外平,无接缝,符合设计要求,千斤顶杆钢筋全部回收。初步计算可节省脚手、模板等木料约110立方米,劳动力7,800工天。与实心桥墩比较,节约圬工935立方米。改善了施工条件,减轻了劳动强度,同时保障了施工的安全。
