1977年湖南二机局开动11台金刚石钻机，钻头平均寿命由14米，提高到26米。302队开动四合金刚石钻机，在7～9级中粗粒花岗岩和变质砂岩中钻进，有两台钻机的钻头寿命超过40米，有一批钻头达到50～100多米。现通过实验与生产实践对提高热压人造金刚石孕镶钻头质量的几个问题谈谈我们的看法与体会。
In 1977, Hunan Bureau No. 2 started 11 sets of diamond drilling rigs. The average life span of the drill bit was increased from 14 meters to 26 meters. The 302 team started the four-alloy diamond drilling rig, drilling in coarse-grained granites and metamorphic sandstones of grades 7-9. Two drill rigs have a drill life of more than 40 meters and a group of drill bits of 50-100 meters. Now through experiments and production practices to improve the quality of hot pressing artificial diamond inlaid bit several questions about our views and understand.
