《企业国有产权转让管理暂行办法》目前由国务院国资委和财政部联合公布,该办法自2004年2月1日起施行.
The Interim Measures for the Administration of the Transfer of State-owned Property Rights of Enterprises is jointly promulgated by the SASAC and the Ministry of Finance of the State Council. This measure will go into effect on February 1, 2004.
