神经生长因子是周围神经再生微环境中的重要物质成份之一,在神经再生过程中具有重要的生物学功能。近年来的研究表明,神经生长因子除可维持交感、感觉神经元的存活及促进其轴突生长外,对运动神经元也具有潜在的生物学效应。尤其是随着神经生长因子在运动神经轴突内逆行运输的证实,神经生长因子及其同族物质对运动神经元的营养作用、促进轴突再生作用及其作用机理的研究已引起国内外学者的重视。本文仅就神经生长因子与运动神经再生的研究现状进行综述,供同行参考。
Nerve growth factor is one of the important substances in the microenvironment of peripheral nerve regeneration and plays an important biological function in the process of nerve regeneration. In recent years, studies have shown that, besides maintaining sympathetic and sensory neuron survival and promoting axonal growth, nerve growth factor also has potential biological effects on motor neurons. Especially with the retrograde transport of nerve growth factor in the motor axon confirmed that the nerve growth factor and its cognate substances on the motor neurons nutrition and promote axonal regeneration and its mechanism of action has been caused by scholars at home and abroad Pay attention. This article reviews only the current status of nerve growth factor and motor nerve regeneration for peer reference.
