目的 :研究茶碱对神经元酒精性损害的保护作用。方法 :原代培养的新生大鼠小脑颗粒神经元经酒精或酒精和茶碱处理 ,细胞损害由镜检和四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色分析确定。结果 :酒精降低神经元的存活数及MTT比色分析的吸收度 ,茶碱能减弱这一效应。结论 :茶碱对原代培养大鼠小脑颗粒神经元酒精性损害有保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of theophylline on neuronal alcoholic damage. METHODS: Primary cultured neonatal rat cerebellar granule neurons were treated with alcohol or alcohol and theophylline. Cell damage was determined by microscopic examination and MTT colorimetric analysis. Results: Alcohol decreased the number of surviving neurons and the absorbance of MTT colorimetric analysis. Theophylline can reduce this effect. Conclusion : Theophylline has protective effects on alcoholic damage of cerebellar granule neurons in primary cultured rats.
