目的研究丰城鸡血藤对60Co-γ射线照射小鼠造血系统损伤保护作用。方法连续动态观察不同剂量丰城鸡血藤对小鼠经60Co-γ射线照射后1、7、14、21d外周血白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白和血小板的影响,同时比较21d小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数变化。结果给丰城鸡血藤治疗后小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白和血小板计数下降趋势减缓,脾脏指数和胸腺指数高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论丰城鸡血藤可在一定程度上促进辐射损伤小鼠外周血象的恢复,保护造血系统功能。
Objective To study the protective effect of Fengcheng Spathophyta on damage of hematopoietic system in mice irradiated by 60Co-γ rays. Methods Continuous and dynamic observation of the effects of different doses of Millettia suberectus on the leucocyte, erythrocyte, hemoglobin, and platelets in peripheral blood on 1,7,14,21 days after irradiation with 60Co-γ radiation in mice. Simultaneously, spleen index and thymus index in 21d mice were compared. Variety. Results The decreasing trend of peripheral blood leukocyte, red blood cell, hemoglobin, and platelet counts after treatment with Fengcheng Sedum was higher than that of the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fengcheng Millettia can promote the recovery of peripheral blood in radiation-injured mice to a certain extent, and protect the function of hematopoietic system.
