慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎,亦称桥本氏甲状腺炎,易误诊,甚至有的施行不必要的手术。现报告9例误诊而行手术治疗,病理证实为本病的患者。临床资料 9例均为女性,年龄35～62岁,平均50岁,病程从偶然发现2天～10年,平均4年。手术前,全身症状除1例有轻度甲亢症状(怕热、多汗、消瘦、心跳等)外,其余均无全身症状;局部症状1例有刺激性咳嗽,1例有阻塞感及轻度声嘶,其余无不适;甲状腺触及单个结节5例,多结节
Chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis, also known as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, misdiagnosis, and even the implementation of unnecessary surgery. Now report 9 cases misdiagnosed and surgically treated, pathologically confirmed patients with this disease.
