自从去年一月间,中國文字改革委员会发表了“漢字簡化方案草案”,並且和中华人民共和国教育部发出联合通知以后,我就開始試用簡体字,並有計划地試教簡体字(包括一部分定型的草書和簡化偏旁)。为了既要達到推行簡体字的目的,又要强調規范化,我掌握了下面几个原則: 1.方案草案上的簡体字,当地很通行,又能結合课文進行教学的;尽量介紹給儿童。其中当地不很通行,或虽通行,而不能跟课文結合的,則暫不介紹。 2.少數人使用,当地不適行,兒童不熟悉,草案上
