女性在中国科技人力资源中占有重要地位。但科技女性发展中也存在一些不可忽视的问题,最为突出的是各类高层人才女性只占“5%”的高层缺乏问题。本文采用定性研究方法,通过中高层女性科技人员、管理者和男性伙伴的讲述与分析,反映科技领域女性人才的成长状况、发展规律、主要障碍以及政策需求与建议。
Women play an important role in China's human resources for science and technology. However, there are still some problems that can not be ignored in the development of women in science and technology. What is most outstanding is that there are a lack of top-level “5%” high-level talented women of all kinds. In this paper, qualitative research methods are used to describe the growth status, development rules, major obstacles, policy needs and suggestions of female talents in the field of science and technology through the narration and analysis of middle-and-high-level female scientists and technicians, managers and male partners.
