楔子 红色警报,中国正走向人口老龄化 世上没有长生不老的灵丹妙药,从青春到白发,这是人类社会不可抗拒的自然规律。随着社会经济和生活水平的进步,由高出生率、高死亡率转向低出生率、低死亡率,这同样是不可抗拒的社会规律。 由于出生率的下降和平均寿命的提高,任何国家都不得不接受一个无奈的事实:15岁以下人口比例不断减少,60岁以上人口比例不断增加。按照国际通行标准,当一个国家60岁以上人口达到总人口的10％时,它就进入了人口老龄化社会(也有用65岁及以上人口达到或超过总人口7％为标准的)。
Wedge Red Alert, China Is Approaching Population Aging There is no magic bullet for immortality, from youth to white hair, an irresistible natural law of mankind. With the progress of social economy and living standard, the transition from high birth rate and high death rate to low birth rate and low mortality rate is also an irresistible social law. Due to the declining birth rate and increasing life expectancy, any country has to accept the helpless fact that the proportion of the population under the age of 15 is declining and the proportion of the population over the age of 60 is constantly increasing. In accordance with internationally accepted standards, when a country's population over the age of 60 reaches 10% of the total population, it enters an aging population (and also has a population of 65 years and above that meets or exceeds 7% of the total population).
