1984年在德新乡瘠薄地对30份大豆原始材料研究了株高、分枝、主茎节数、荚数、粒数、一荚粒数、百粒重、一节荚数、单株产量等9个性状的相关性、遗传变异、遗传力和相关遗传进度及其通径分析。试验结果表明,在瘠薄地条件下大豆品种的粒数、荚数、一节荚数、株高、主茎节数5个性状不仅与产量的遗传相关极显著,而且对产量的间接选择效率和直接贡献或间接贡献都较大。百粒重、一荚粒数、分枝数3个性状与产量的相关不显著,对产量的间接选择效率、直接或间接贡献均小。百粒重与其他各性状之间存在负相关,尤其与上述5个性状和产量之间有极显著的负相关,对此讨论了选择过程中应注意的问题。
