下咽部巨大分叶状纤维脂肪瘤临床非常少见,分叶的瘤体同时堵于喉口及食管上段造成呼吸困难与进食梗阻并存者更为罕见,我科收治1例,诊断过程中有部分漏诊情况,最终经手术治疗痊愈,现报告如下。患者男性,60岁。因吞咽障碍1年多,加重伴呼吸困难10多天于1997年10月22日入院。入院前1年无明显诱因出现吞咽不畅,继而有时讲话含糊不清,近半年吞咽障碍进行性加重,时有进食时呕吐或剧烈活动
