吉林省人防办与省建设厅联合于2000年12月19日至21日,在长春市举办全省甲乙级设计单位防空地下室设计规范培训班。全省40个具有设计资质的甲乙级设计院,有33个单位派人参加了学习,2个因特殊情况不能参加学习的单位还积极与主办单位沟通索取资料。参加培训的还有全省各市、州及部分重点县(市)人防办业务主管部门的同志,总共180多人。培训班聘请解放军理工大学工程兵工程学院资深教授、规范参编人主讲《人民防空地下
