用紫外分光光度法测定了16种卟啉类化合物在D_2O中对NADPH光氧化作用的敏化效应。实验结果提示,卟啉类化合物的化学结构与光动力敏化效应有关。某些中介四(取代苯基)卟吩衍生物及脱镁叶绿酸a具有较强的光动力敏化效应,多数半合成血卟啉衍生物的敏化效应不及卟吩衍生物,但较混合卟啉制剂H_PD、癌光啉(P_SD-007)强。大多数化合物的光敏化效应测定结果均属首次报道。
The sensitization effect of 16 kinds of porphyrin compounds on the photooxidation of NADPH in D 2 O was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The experimental results suggest that the chemical structure of porphyrin compounds is related to photodynamic sensitization. Some of the intermediates tetra (substituted phenyl) porphine derivatives and pheophorbide a have a strong photodynamic sensitization effect, the sensitization effect of most semi-synthetic hematoporphyrin derivatives is less than the porphine derivatives, but more Mixed porphyrin preparation H_PD, cancer photoluminescence (P_SD-007) strong. For the first time, the results of photosensitization of most compounds are reported.
