试用期限超过法定长度,应如何维权小保:今年2月初,我通过招聘考试入职一家公司。我提出与公司签署期限较长的劳动合同,公司同意后要求试用期限也相应加长。最终双方签了二年劳动合同,约定试用期为五个月,试用期内月工资3200元、转正后月工资4000元。近日,我得知身边的朋友入职时试用期均不超过二个月,我认为自己的试用期限可能存在问题。
