有什么样的课堂就有什么样的教育,抓住了课堂就抓住了素质教育的根本。今天的教育要求我们教师变备教材、备教法为备学生、备学法;变道德说教者为人生引路人;变知识传授者为能力培养者;变课堂的主演为课堂的主导。把课堂还给学生,把时间还给学生,把话语权还给学生,把主演还给学生,真正实现高效课堂。我校提出的个性化生态课堂教学模式符合素质教育的要求,为促进学生全面发展、个性发展、可持续发展搭建了良好的平台。
What kind of classroom there is what kind of education, to seize the classroom to seize the basic quality education. Today’s education requires that our teachers be prepared for teaching materials, preparing teaching methods for preparing students and preparing students’ law; to change moral precepts to lead people in life; to change knowledge imparting personnel to cultivate their capacities; and to change classrooms to lead the classroom. Return the class to the student, return the time to the student, return the right to speak to the student, return the starring to the student, and truly achieve an efficient classroom. The personalized eco-classroom teaching mode proposed by our school conforms to the requirements of quality education and sets up a good platform for promoting students’ all-round development, individual development and sustainable development.
