气门维修质量直接影响柴油机工作特性和使用经济性。长期以来,我国维修业大多沿袭传统的配对互研工艺,这种工艺仅从气门的密封性能考虑,忽略了它的寿命、可靠性及柴油机工作的平稳性等。实践表明,采用配对互研维修工艺,由于每个气门的下陷量存在差异,造成各缸压缩终了温度不同,从而使各缸着火滞后时间不一致,相应地各缸供油时间间隔也就不同,最终造成柴油机运转不稳,表现为各缸排气温差过大和排气响声不匀等现象。此外,大修后的柴油机经运转一段时间后,还会因各缸漏气不均而造成各缸着火滞后时间改变;因漏气使柴油机功率降低,甚至停止运转。因此,为确保气门维修质量,必须解决以下几方面的问题。
Valve repair quality directly affects the operating characteristics of diesel engines and the economy. For a long time, most of China’s maintenance industry followed the traditional matching technology research, this process only consider the sealing performance of the valve, ignoring its life expectancy, reliability and stability of the diesel engine work. Practice shows that the use of paired mutual research and repair process, as each valve sag difference, resulting in different end-compression temperature of each cylinder, so that each cylinder ignition lag time inconsistent, corresponding to each cylinder fuel supply interval is also different, eventually resulting in Diesel instability, manifested as the exhaust temperature difference between the cylinder and the exhaust noise uneven phenomenon. In addition, overhaul after the diesel engine is running for some time, but also due to uneven air leakage caused by each cylinder ignition lag time changes; due to leakage to reduce the power of the diesel engine, or even stop running. Therefore, to ensure the quality of valve repair, we must solve the following problems.
