目的 :了解新生儿感染沙眼衣原体 (CT)的情况并追踪感染来源。方法 :应用细胞培养法对 80例新生儿眼部、鼻咽部及其母宫颈进行 CT检测。结果 :80例新生儿中眼部培养出 6例 ,鼻咽部培养出 1例。新生儿 CT感染率为 8.75%。孕母宫颈 CT阳性 1 5例。结论 :新生儿 CT感染为母亲垂直传播造成 ,应早期进行孕期 CT筛查 ,并及早用药 ,避免 CT对新生儿造成严重影响。
Objectives: To understand the status of newborns infected with Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and to track the source of infection. Methods: 80 cases of neonatal eye, nasopharynx and their cervix CT examination by cell culture method. Results: Eighty newborn infants were cultured in 6 eyes and 1 in nasopharynx. Neonatal CT infection rate was 8.75%. Pregnant mother’s cervix CT positive 15 cases. Conclusion: CT infection in newborns is caused by vertical transmission of the mother. CT screening during pregnancy should be conducted early and medication should be administered as soon as possible to avoid serious impact of CT on neonates.
