针对GB1346—89(征求意见稿),我们对其中用来评定水泥安定性的雷氏夹法进行了验证工作,同时也进行了新型沸煮箱的使用验证工作。一、雷氏夹法的验证如表1所示,本试验共采集9种水泥样品,共做饼法和雷氏夹法对比试验试样28组。饼法试验表明这9个样品的安定性均为合格;用雷氏夹法表明各个样品的C-A值和C-A平均值均低于5mm。由此证明GB1346-89(征求意见稿)中规定的“若为雷氏夹,则测量试模二个指针间的距离c,精确至0.5mm,当煮后增加的距离(C-A)不大于5.0mm时即认为该水泥的安全性合格”的正确性。除此之外,我们还对钢渣矿渣水泥和钢渣沸石
For GB 1346-89 (draft for comment), we verified the Rayleigh clamp method used to assess cement stability, and also verified the use of the new boiler. First, the verification of the Rayleigh clamp method As shown in Table 1, the test collected a total of nine kinds of cement samples, a total of two groups of cake method and Rayleigh clip test specimens compared. Cake test showed that the stability of the 9 samples were all acceptable; the Leyster’s clamp method showed that the C-A value and C-A average value of each sample were less than 5 mm. This proves that in the GB 1346-89 (Draft for Comment), “If it is a Rebecca clip, measure the distance c between the two pointers of the trial mold, accurate to 0.5mm, and increase the distance (CA) after cooking is not greater than 5.0. The correctness of the cement’s safety is considered correct at the time of mm. In addition, we also have slag slag cement and steel slag zeolite
