一、引言倾斜盘回路是容积式电液伺服系统中的一个主要的内回路。容积式电液伺服系统的典型结构如图1,位置伺服误差信号ε经放大和校正后加到倾斜盘回路,该回路将代表误差大小的电信号u_1变换成伺服泵倾斜盘的倾角α,即每一个误差信号u_1对应着倾斜盘的一个转角α,所以倾斜盘回路是一个典型的位置回路。另一方面,由于倾斜盘的每一个位置(倾角α)对应着液压马达的一个转速Ω_M,因此倾斜盘回路也可以说是一个速度回路。只不过这个速度回路不包含伺服泵和伺服马达罢了。
I. INTRODUCTION The swashplate circuit is a major internal circuit in a positive displacement electrohydraulic servo system. A typical structure of a positive displacement electro-hydraulic servo system is shown in Fig.1. The position servo error signal ε is amplified and corrected and applied to a swashplate circuit, which converts the electrical signal u_1, representing the error magnitude, into the inclination α of the swashplate of the servo pump Each error signal u_1 corresponds to a rotation angle α of the swash plate, so the swash plate circuit is a typical position loop.
