实现城乡教育的基本均衡,农村教师的素质和教学水平是重要的因素。通过培训实践和调研,我们将校本研修、网络研修、集中培训等几种培训进行了深度整合,以实践导向设计培训课程,凸显参训教师的主体地位,聚焦真实教学情境中的实际问题,充分挖掘和利用教师的实践性知识,基于教师发展评估培训,变革创新培训模式,构建了立体式、综合式的实践性教师培训方式。实践表明,实践性教师培训是提升农村中小学教师素质的有效途径。
To achieve the basic balance between urban and rural education, the quality of rural teachers and teaching level is an important factor. Through training practice and research, we have conducted in-depth integration of several trainings such as school-based training, network training and centralized training to practice oriented design training courses, highlighting the main body position of participating teachers and focusing on practical problems in real teaching situations, Tap and use teachers’ practical knowledge, evaluate training based on teacher’s development, reform and innovation training mode, and build a three-dimensional and comprehensive practical teacher training method. Practice shows that practical teacher training is an effective way to improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas.
