用薄层色谱法分离测定了反应混合物中的１，５－苯并硫氮杂艹卓－α－氯代－β－内酰胺。采用透射法锯齿扫描，定量分析的变异系数小于５％ ，最低检测限为０．１１４ μｇ，定量校正线性相关系数０．９９５ ２，方法的平均回收率为９６．７５％ ，方法简便、快速。
The 1,5-benzothiazepine-alpha-chloro-beta-lactam in the reaction mixture was isolated by thin-layer chromatography. The method of transmission sawtooth scanning showed that the coefficient of variation of quantitative analysis was less than 5%, the minimum detection limit was 0.114 μg and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.995 2. The average recovery was 96.75%. The method was simple and rapid.
