今年七月一日,国家要开通卫星电视教育频道,这是党中央、国务院发展教育事业的重大决策,是贯彻教育体制改革的决定,为四化建设多出人才、出好人才的重要措施,是教育面向现代化的实际步骤。我们热烈祝贺卫星教育频道的开通。广播电视大学是以广播、电视等现代化手段进行远距离教学的开放性的新型高等学校,具有多快好省地发展教育事业的明显优势。但是,由于现有电视频道和播出时间有限,它的优势还没有充分发挥出来。卫星教育频道开通后,强化了现代化教学手段,增加了播出时间,扩大了覆盖面积,对我国的广播电视教育的发展,有着巨大的促进作用。
On July 1 this year, the state should launch a satellite television education channel. This is a major policy decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in developing education. It is an important measure for carrying out the reform of the education system and building more talents and good talents for the four modernizations. It is the practical step of education oriented to modernization. We warmly congratulate the opening of the satellite education channel. The radio and television university is an open new type of higher education institution that carries out distance education by means of modern means such as radio and television. It has the obvious advantage of developing education more efficiently and economically. However, its advantages have not been fully realized due to the limited availability of existing television channels and airplanes. After the satellite education channel was opened, the modern teaching methods were strengthened, the broadcasting time was increased and the coverage area was expanded, which greatly promoted the development of radio and television education in our country.
