改革开放以来,我国社会主义经济得到了突飞猛进的发展,但是随着工业化水平的提高,全球温度逐渐呈现出上升的趋势。基于该种情势背景之下,践行低碳经济模式对于我国未来可持续发展起到至关重要的作用。如果不对碳排放量进行控制,臭氧空洞遭受破坏,那么就会引发各种自然灾害,对国家发展造成不利影响。各个国家逐渐加强对于碳排放量的重视程度,主张有效降低碳排放量。在本文当中,我们主要结合低碳经济对国际贸易规则影响以及中国对策展开探究分析工作,为今后低碳经济发展奠定基础。
Since the reform and opening up, the socialist economy in our country has made rapid advances. However, as the level of industrialization has increased, the temperature in the world has gradually shown an upward trend. Based on the background of this kind of situation, practicing the low-carbon economic model plays a crucial role in the future sustainable development of our country. Failure to control carbon emissions and destruction of the ozone hole will trigger natural disasters and adversely affect national development. Each country gradually strengthens its emphasis on carbon emissions and advocates effective reduction of carbon emissions. In this article, we mainly conduct research and analysis on the impact of low-carbon economy on international trade rules and China’s measures to lay the foundation for the development of a low-carbon economy in the future.
