随着社会主义的快速发展,我国城市化建设的脚步也在加快,社区作为社会管理的一个重要组成部分,它的文化建设重视程度正在不断提高。社区群众文化作为一种文明传播的媒介,它的作用一直备受关注,它是社会主义精神文明建设的基础,是我们社会主义国家的灵魂。尤其是党的十八大召开以来,文化建设更是被提高到了一个前所未有的高度,党政府要求将文化建设作为整体工作的一个核心组成。在城镇管理方面,社区文化建设与新时代市民道德素质息息相关,两者之间相互促进,共同发展。
