通过考察衬板的实际工况和磨损失效形式，分析了衬板的磨损失效类型及其机理。运用现代磨损理论，针对影响衬板磨损的多种因素，提出了相应的抗磨对策。
By examining the actual working conditions and wear failure forms, the type of wear failure and its mechanism were analyzed. With the modern wear theory, aiming at the various factors that affect the liner wear, a corresponding anti-wear countermeasure is put forward.
