近年来，剖宫产术后再次妊娠的孕妇越来越多，发生瘢痕妊娠、瘢痕部位胎盘植入以及子宫破裂的危险性也逐渐增加。本研究通过检测妊娠期子宫下段瘢痕厚度，结合其妊娠结局，探讨超声检测子宫下段瘢痕变化对临床预测子宫破裂及正确选择分娩方式的意义。
