1前言根据农业部最新统计,入侵我国外来生物达400余种,其中红火蚁是一种危害较大的害虫。2004年底-2005年初,红火蚁现身我国部分地区。继广东吴川发现红火蚁后,深圳附近一些村落也发现了红火蚁。国家检验检疫总局成立应急小组,与广东有关部门联手,随时监控其危害。2005年1月17日,农业部紧急发布第453号公告,根据《中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法》和《植物检疫条例》,将红火蚁定为进境植物检疫性有害生物和全国植物检疫性有害生物,要求全国对红火蚁加以封锁控制。
1 Introduction According to the latest statistics from the Ministry of Agriculture, more than 400 species of invasive alien species have been invaded in our country. Among them, the red imported fire ant is a harmful pest. By the end of 2004 - early 2005, the red fire ants appeared in some parts of our country. The State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine set up an emergency team to work together with relevant departments in Guangdong to monitor its harm.
