在BP-12型试验机上对GH128和GH131合金的不同缺口试样进行了冷热疲劳试验。研究了试样的变形和裂纹的形态,并与航空喷气发动机的火焰筒的断裂特征进行了比较,找到了最佳的试样缺口的形状和尺寸。试验结果表明:冷热疲劳试验裂纹形貌主要取决于试样缺口根部半径,而变形则取决于试样形状和约束力。由于暂行标准HCS106-62所规定的缺口曲率半径为0.1mm,它会引起较大的数据分散性。因此,本文建议采用1mm半径,此时,试验数据分散性较小,并且裂纹的形态和分布都与实际火焰筒的断裂特征基本相似。
Hot and cold fatigue tests were carried out on different notched specimens of GH128 and GH131 alloy on BP-12 testing machine. The deformation and crack morphology of the sample were studied and compared with the fracture characteristics of the flame tube of the jet engine. The shape and size of the best sample notch were found. The experimental results show that the crack morphology of the hot and cold fatigue test mainly depends on the root radius of the notch, and the deformation depends on the shape and binding force of the sample. Due to the scratch radius of 0.1mm specified in the interim standard HCS106-62, it causes large data dispersions. Therefore, this paper proposes a radius of 1mm. At this time, the test data are less scattered and the shape and distribution of cracks are similar to those of the actual flame tube.
