行政服务中心建设是深入推进政府职能转变、优化经济发展环境、提高行政效率的重要措施,同时也是重庆市北部新区政府在探索行政许可及审批机制创新进程中的前沿试点和开展行政服务标准化工作的综合平台。行政服务标准化是将行政服务经验梳理总结并固化实施的有效手段,对行政服务中心长效机制的建立具有较强指导意义和借鉴作用。
