随着人们生活水平的提高,人民群众的健康水平明显改善,中国卫生事业也取得了显著成就,因此国家更需要大量高素质的护理人才。如何提高护士执业资格考试的通过率,使学生毕业后就能顺利地从事护理岗位工作,这就成为职业卫生学校的首要工作任务。通过分析学困生的原因,结合我校的实际情况,提出了教师要善于发现学困生的闪光点,发展他们的积极因素,有针对性地、创造性地选择与应用相应的教学方法等激起学生学习的斗志,从而达到转化学困生的目的,不断提高学生护考的通过率。
