在新的一年,我们淮委重要的任务是:继续贯彻国务院的治淮决定,认真落实治淮领导小组第一次会议布置的任务,进一步加快治淮的步伐;同时进一步深入学习党的十四大精神,深化淮委的改革;落实淮委的十条改革意见,尽快理顺内部关系;进一步发展水利经济实体,壮大淮委经济实力,增强淮委的凝聚力。简单地讲,淮委1993年的任务可用20个字来概括,那就是“治淮要攻坚,改革要迈步,党建要加强,生活要改善”。
