卵巢癌的发病率在所有女性发生的恶性肿瘤中排位第五。尽管有临床数据显示:早期诊断的卵巢癌5年生存率高达95%,但鉴于该肿瘤起病隐匿,没有切实有效的早期诊断方法,导致了目前临床上70%患者在确诊时就已是Ⅲ~Ⅳ期和仅仅30%左右的5年生存率。目前对于进展期卵巢癌(Ⅲ/Ⅳ期)的治疗
The incidence of ovarian cancer ranks fifth in malignancies among all women.
